Throughout the years, I have gained experience working with life challenges related to stress, anxiety, behavior, death & dying, grief, marriage, divorce, and life transitions. The ways in which I support clients are individually designed but stem from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction theory.
At the core of my work is creating a balanced life through Mindfulness-Based Life Skills which include raising your awareness, guided practices, self-compassion, and gratitude. Cultivating a lifestyle that is supportive takes work, dedication, and commitment. I support clients throughout this journey with individuals and families.
Unique to my work is the ability to come to your home. In the event you are unable to come to the office due to a disability or other life circumstance, please do let me know. Please note, this service may not be available in all situations.
