Christina began her work with children in 1988 as a school teacher and soon found her passion in supporting families navigate through life.
At the core of Christina’s work is her focus on Wellness and creating balance through Mindfulness-Based Practices.

Throughout the years, I have gained experience working with life challenges related to stress, anxiety, behavior, death & dying, grief, marriage, divorce, and life transitions. The ways in which I support clients are individually designed but stem from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction theory.
